A brokerage firm wanted to modernize their deal intake process and compete with large legacy platforms used across the industry. These platforms were powerful but extremely complex, requiring agents to navigate dozens of fields and workflows before submitting a deal.The goal was to build a lightweight digital system that could simplify the process for agents while still integrating smoothly with the brokerage’s internal systems.The challenge was that the product had to be ready in time for a major industry convention, which meant we needed to move quickly and prioritize a focused MVP.
